What do I do next?
After you have made contact, I will offer you a slightly shorter initial session in person or via video call (30 mins) for you to decide if you would like to proceed. If you decide to proceed then this fee will be deducted from the first session. This initial session will enable us to get to know each other a little before starting therapy properly. You can ask me any questions and perhaps tell me more about yourself. Then if we are both in agreement, we will agree a regular time slot and I will ask you to fill in a short form about yourself. I will also send you a contract to sign, and then we can begin.
A session will be for 50 mins, normally the same time each week. I offer face to face sessions at a lovely location in the Southampton area. I currently have availability on a Friday (9am-7pm)
Fees
- I am accredited by the ACC as a registered counsellor.
- I hold full professional liability insurance.
